How to reach Planet green plantation resort, kalpetta, Wayanad

From Bangalore to Wayanad

The route is Bangalore – Mysore – Nanjangud – Gundlupet – Sulthan Bathery – Kalpetta (Planet Green Plantation resorts, Wayanad)

Mysore is the mid point to the hotel from Bangalore. Planet Green plantation resort is nearly 280 kms. from Bangalore.From Mysore to Planet Green Plantation Resortl it is NH212 all the way through until you reach Kalpetta town & hence after reaching Mysore, please do not deviate from NH 212. NH 212 is the National Highway connecting Mysore & Calicut.

When you reach Gundlupet, which is 65 kms. from Mysore, you get a deviation. The left road takes you to Ooty & the right one to Kalpetta town at Wayanad.

Once you reach Kalpetta town, just cross the town and drive towards Kozhikode (Calicut). You will reach a junction with four roads. There is a tree in the middle of the traffic round and an Ayyappa temple near by, the road straight from kalpetta takes you to Ooty via Mepadi, a right turn will take you to Kozhikode, a left turn will take you to Kalpetta byepass and thus to the other end of Kalpetta town which you had just crossed.

Drive straight through the Mepadi road, take the first paved (bituminous) road towards right and keep driving through the tarred road. Look out for our direction boards. Drive  until you cross an old Granite quarry and immediately after the quarry, turn right and  the tarred road turns left. and another half paved road climb uphill straight. There is a smaller road just after the quarry ( a mud road)-

DO NOT TAKE THAT

Take the  road climbing uphill to reach Planet Green Plantation Resorts. The distance again is exactly 3 Kms from the main Junction (with Ayyappa temple)
